🍷 Welcome to the Napa Valley Hospitality Forum!

The NVHF is the leading trade organization for wine professionals in the Napa Valley. With over 135 wineries in membership, we offer a vibrant community that represents a true cross-section of the Napa wine industry. Our monthly meetings provide a platform for learning, networking, and fostering DTC growth. Our meetings encourage open and lively debate and discussion.

The NVHF is a volunteer-led organization. We operate on a $0 budget and do not charge any membership dues. We believe that the only barrier to professional development should be your time and interest. Join us and gain access to industry speakers, panels, and endless opportunities to connect with fellow wine enthusiasts.

NVHF Meetings:

Frequency: Monthly

Location: Rotates through member properties based on availability

Time: 8:30am midweek (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

Duration: 60-90 minutes

Topics: All things hospitality and DTC; pertinent industry news, business challenges, shared ideas, solutions and relevant topics designed to foster inter-winery collaboration. All Forum members are encouraged to actively engage in all meetings and share recommendations for topics.

Format: General Housekeeping, "Pulse of the Valley" survey, featured Community Corner, followed by an open-forum discussion or guest speaker/panel

Speakers: The Forum hosts Industry speakers or panel discussions bi–monthly based on pertinent topics

Each month we feature a local non-profit or volunteer opportunity.

  • Read Aloud Partners - Literacy Program: Reading in elementary classrooms. Click here to email their volunteer coordinator Trudy.

  • Vitalant Blood Donation Centers - Helping fill the URGENT need for whole blood, platelets, plasma, and double red cells.

  • SCORE - Professional Development Resources

  • Napa Valley Presents - Supporting the Preforming Arts

  • Hands Across the Valley - Feeding Napa's Hungry

  • Be My Eyes - Helping the visually impaired; app connects people needing sighted support with volunteers via anonymous facetime. It is so easy, just download and help a visually impaired person when they need it.

  • Teacher Resource Center - Collects wine foils to fund resources for local teachers.

  • Mentis -  Napa's Center for Mental Health Services

  • Friends of Napa County Animal Shelter - Develop, fund and manage programs to assist with pet adoption, lifetime care, promote volunteer opportunities and provide community education.

  • Share the Care: Share the Care serves Napa County serves the community by offering durable medical equipment, nutritional supplements, diabetic and catheter care, fall prevention, and declutter services to support aging in place and keeping one's independence for a healthier, happier life.

  • Monarch Justice Center: Providing victims of domestic violence a safe path forward towards surviving and thriving.

  • Sea Scouts - Napa: Sea Scouts is a co-ed youth organization that instills developmental skills for life on the water and beyond.

  • Boys & Girls Club of St. Helena and Calistoga: The Boys & Girls Clubs provide a safe way to learn and grow in a fun environment. Children build ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals through life-enhancing programs and character development experiences.

  • UpValley Family Centers: UpValley Family Centers provides guidance, support and resources in the community, in the home and for the individual, so that everyone can achieve a better life.
