Frequency: Monthly
Location: Rotates through member properties based on availability
Time: 8:30am midweek (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
Duration: 60-90 minutes
Topics: All things hospitality and DTC; pertinent industry news, business challenges, shared ideas, solutions and relevant topics designed to foster inter-winery collaboration. All Forum members are encouraged to actively engage in all meetings and share recommendations for topics.
Format: General Housekeeping, "Pulse of the Valley" survey, featured Community Corner, followed by an open-forum discussion or guest speaker/panel
Speakers: The Forum hosts Industry speakers or panel discussions bi–monthly based on pertinent topics
Limited to Napa winery businesses and “management level” (leadership) DTC based roles
Directory limited to 2 members per winery (*however guests who fit our parameters are welcome to attend a meeting by special request should space permit)
Participation is expected and defined as attending a minimum of 4 meetings per year
Please note, the directory will be reviewed annually and non-participants will be contacted personally via email or phone to determine whether they would like to remain a member of the Forum.
